Our Products

1 . Solvent based Insulating varnish

Secondary insulations are crucial for protecting electrical and electronic equipments. At Atlas Insulations, we specialize in manufacturing these insulations using resin-based materials like alkyd, phenolic, epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, polyamide, and polyamide-imide, combined with non-reactive organic solvents.

Atlas varnishes can be applied using all common techniques, including dipping, brushing, spraying, and advanced methods like dip and oven baking, conveyorized dip and bake systems, and vacuum impregnation.

Curing can be performed at room temperature (with air dry method) or by heating to the required temperature (for oven baking method).

By carefully selecting appropriate parameters, Atlas Insulations, ensures robust protection against environmental factors which
may lead to potential damage, Ultimately enhancing the performance and reliability of electrical and electronic components.

Class B insulating varnish

Class B insulating varnish is a protective coating used in electrical components, particularly in motors and transformers, to enhance insulation and durability. This varnish typically operates effectively at temperatures up to 130°C (266°F). The varnish
helps prevent electrical  breakdown, corrosion, and degradation of winding  insulation, ensuring efficient operation and longevity
of electrical devices.  Additionally, B class varnish can improve the mechanical strength of insulation systems, making it an inevitable candidate in various industrial applications where reliable performance is crucial. Atlas Insulations provide a wide choice of B class insulating varnishes.

Air-drying varnishes: Atlas A311, Atlas (Gold, yellow & clear) varnish Baking Varnish: Atlas A322

Considering the convenience of our beloved customers, we also provide ready to use class B varnishes (air-drying & baking type) that can be used directly without any further viscosity adjustments.

Class F insulating varnish is designed for electrical insulation in high-temperature environments, capable of withstanding
temperatures up to 155°C (311°F). It is commonly used in applications involving motors, transformers, and generators, where
reliable performance is critical. F class varnish protects against electrical breakdown and enhances the longevity of insulating
systems, ensuring efficient operation under demanding conditions. Its ability to maintain integrity in extreme temperatures
makes it essential for industries requiring high-performance electrical insulation.

Atlas Insulations provide a wide choice of F class insulating varnishes.

Air-drying varnishes: Atlas AF-20, Atlas AF-30
Baking Varnish: Atlas AF-20’, Atlas F-30
Considering the convenience of our beloved coustomers, we also provide ready to use class F varnishes (air-drying & baking
type) that can be used directly without any further viscosity adjustments.

2 . Finishing & Anti-Tracking Insulating Varnishes

Finishing electrical insulating varnishes cures to create a thick, glossy, and opaque film that provides additional enhancement in
both the functionality and appearance of electrical devices. They serve multiple functions, including enhanced track resistance,
coil bonding, and resistance to humidity and chemicals while providing attractive visual impact.

They can be easily applied through various methods, including spraying, brushing, or pour and dip techniques, allowing for
versatility in application.

By carefully selecting these parameters, Atlas Insulations ensures robust finishing electrical varnishes for maintaining both the
functionality and appearance of electrical devices for their reliable performance in diverse environments. Atlas Insulations provide
a wide choice in color of Finishing & anti-tracking insulating varnishes:

Atlas electro red,
Atlas electro black and
Atlas electro grey

Considering the convenience of our beloved coustomers, we also provide ready to use Finishing electrical insulating varnishes
that can be used directly without any further viscosity adjustments.

3. Atlas Thinners

Thinners for insulating varnishes are solvent combinations used to reduce the viscosity of the varnish, facilitating easier
application, improved flow thereby ensuring proper penetration into windings and enhance coating uniformity. Thinning is crucial
for achieving the desired consistency, particularly for application methods such as spraying or brushing. Most importantly, it’s
essential to use thinners that are compatible with the specific varnish type to maintain its insulating properties. Proper dilution
also affects drying time and film formation, making the choice of thinner critical for optimal performance and effectiveness of the
insulating varnish.

Atlas Insulations provide extensive range of thinners for each class of insulating varnishes.
